Orders & Payments

All orders placed through SENTEUR AFFI are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Currently, orders are accepted via WhatsApp and Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). SENTEUR AFFI reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen external factors.

SENTEUR AFFI shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Returns or refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Defective product

• Incorrect product delivered

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear images or videos must be shared for verification

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We recommend storing perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality and longevity.
