Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns or

exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused,

unopened, and in its original packaging. Any return request must be

raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must share clear images or videos of the product along with

the order details for verification.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
